HimAvto has introduced Cosmohim cleaner for PVC window manufacturers
HimAvto is a regular participant in the Interlakokraska exhibition. HimAvto Trading House is a modern high-tech enterprise known in the market as a manufacturer of quality products: motor oils, brake fluids, mixed solvents and other automotive and household chemicals.
Anatoly Ryabkov, Director at the HimAvto Trading House, told about the company’s goals, new products and advantages.
How long has the company been on the market and what range of products does it represent?
The company was founded in 2004 and is located in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region. Our product range started with the production of coolants in 2004. In 2015, we added a solvent group of products, and in 2018, we started offering the market automotive oils of our own production.
What does your company logo referring to the Quality Mark pentagon mean?
Our logo symbolises our commitment to quality, to promoting our region and the city of Dzerzhinsk as a centre of chemical production. We are always focused on producing quality products, and this helps us fulfil our mission. Our goal is to produce high-level products to confirm Dzerzhinsk’s status as the chemical capital of Russia.
The modern laboratory unit of our production, by the way, helps this. Here we monitor the quality of incoming raw materials and obligatory two-stage inspection of finished products.
How localised is your production, what components and raw materials do you use?
We have our own production facilities. The localisation of components for solvents is 100%, for coolants – 99%, for oils there are positions still using imported raw materials, but we are working on changing this situation. Ideally, we want to produce 100% localised products, and our team is working in this direction.
What new products will you present at the exhibition?
Our new product is Cosmohim line, an analogue of the imported product, the COSMOFEN PVC cleaner. We tried to quickly respond to the customers’ requests, which, by the way, sounded two years ago at the Interlakokraska exhibition, and actually we replaced imported products with this analogue product.
The new range includes cleaners used in the production of PVC plastic windows. With their help, the finished product is brought into marketable form for further sale to consumers.
Do you offer customer-branded contact manufacturing services?
Our advantage is that we can manufacture products to customer specifications. We are engaged in contract manufacturing and are constantly introducing new ranges under our own brand. Sanctions are not a problem for us, we quickly adapt and find replacements. Our working principle is “There is a task - there is a desire - then it is feasible”.
What goals and objectives do you set for yourself by participating in the Interlakokraska exhibition?
We participate in this trade show on a regular basis. Interacting with visitors helps us to develop, generate ideas, plan and develop new products. We also follow the requirements of the market and launch products under our own brand to meet all the demands of manufacturers who need our products. For us, Interlakokraska is primarily network with customers.
