KVIL Paint Factory begins new season with rebranding, unique offers

The KVIL Paint Factory with manufacturing facilities in Belgorod is one of the oldest industry enterprises. Today, the factory makes over 100 types of paints and coatings for mechanical engineering, oil and chemical industry, civil, industrial and road construction.
Mikhail Yurin, Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, spoke with Konstantin Kovalyov, Director at KVIL Paint Factory, at the factory’s stand on the first day of the exhibition. They discussed development prospects of the company specialising in the production of modern paints and coatings for a broad range of customers. KVIL Paint Factory’s representatives took part in the conference programme, including a plenary session, the Panel on Decorative and Construction Paints and Coatings, and in filming and interviews for the media.
“Interlakokraska is the largest trade show for our industry that brings together paint and coating manufacturers, suppliers and developers. The KVIL team had active negotiations with partners at the stand, and every event we planned took place,” said Sergei Kolesnikov, Head of Regional Sales at KVIL Paint Factory. “I personally would like to see more companies distributing products in Russian regions. However, the nature of this exhibition is such that it is more suitable for suppliers, it is largely raw material. This is also important. As for our products, this year we presented new polyurethane and epoxy materials for both professional and domestic use and packaged in small containers specifically for mass customers. At the moment, our offers are unique not only for the Russian market. Theoretically, the customer can buy products of similar characteristics from expensive brands from Europe and Asia, but only as industrial supplies and in industrial containers. We offer paints and coatings that are not inferior to those of leading Russian and foreign paint and varnish companies but our containers are ten times smaller, which makes them accessible to medium and small businesses, although these products are also quite suitable for large customers.”
“We offer a wide range of high-tech materials. There are products for various environments, application and operating conditions, outdoor and indoor works. The factory makes a wide range of water-based, alkyd, alkyd-modified, acrylic, epoxy, epoxy ester, polyurethane paints and coatings and special-purpose materials. The KVIL Pain Factory facility produces bases and pastes, as well as tinting of any materials on an industrial scale on a unique In-Can-Line machine. We also offer automated tinting units, independent mini-factories able to receive products from the assortment at points of sale.”
“We rebranded our company last year. Updating the corporate style is not just a visual change. This is a strategic step aimed at strengthening KVIL's position in the highly competitive paints and coatings market. The Choice That's on the Surface is a new company motto.”
“Thanks to the extensive distribution network, materials made by the KVIL Paint Factory are widely represented in the wholesale and retail chains of Russia, Belarus and other CIS countries. Contacts made at Interlakokraska allow us to expand the client database,” concluded Kolesnikov.
