The 29th edition of the International Exhibition for Paints and Coatings – Interlakokraska 2025 took place from 18 through 21 March 2025 at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrorunds. The show has once again become a key event for the paint and coating industry of Russia confirming its status as a leading industry platform, and bringing together representatives of science, business and government to demonstrate the latest technologies, share experience, and discuss current challenges.
Leading Russian and foreign companies demonstrated the industry's capabilities and introduced the latest technologies and developments. The participants of the conference programme discussed current trends and outlined directions for future development of the industry.

Conference programme
This year, the Interlakokraska conference programme was devoted to both strategic development issues and practical aspects of the industry.
Within 15 events with representatives of federal agencies, industry unions, scientific and educational organisations, and leading enterprises, there were discussions on the issues of supplying the industry with raw materials, technologies, personnel, specifics of promotion of Russian paints and coatings in the domestic and foreign markets in the current context, technical regulation, and product safety.
The key Plenary Session on the Paint and Coatings Industry in the Context of New National Projects was organised by EXPOCENTRE AO jointly with the Soyuzkraska Association and the Russian Chemists Union and with the support of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. Mikhail Yurin, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia, took part in it.
Special attention at the session was paid to the National Project on New Materials and Chemistry, which opens wide opportunities for the paint and coating industry in terms of providing it with raw materials, advanced technologies, and highly qualified personnel.
The Conference on the National Project for Infrastructure for Life – Paint and Coating Materials: Reliability and Safety was dedicated to the impact of the new national project on the paint and coating industry. It was organised by EXPOCENTRE AO in partnership with the Mir Dorog (World of Roads) magazine. The experts discussed what new requirements for paints and coatings may arise in the construction industry and transport infrastructure in the coming years in the course of the implementation of this national project, and whether Russian producers of paints and coatings are ready to respond to new consumer demands.
Interlakokraska 2025 demonstrated the high adaptability of the Russian paint and coating industry to external challenges. The exhibition has become not just a showcase of achievements, but a full-fledged working platform for cross-industry dialogue and strategic planning.
